Revenue Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
The Revenue Development Executive will focus on generating and qualifying leads to support our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Effectively utilize various channels, such as Apollo and LinkedIn, to generate leads.
- Inbound Leads: Reach out to marketing qualified leads and schedule meetings with them.
- Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their fit for our products/services based on established criteria.
- Outreach: Establish initial contact with leads via phone and email to introduce our company and assess their needs and pain points.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and engagement to move them through the sales funnel.
- Cold Calling: Skilled in the art of cold calling, adept at initiating and refining relationships through effective communication strategies over the phone.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification metrics.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
