We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key contributor in the preconstruction phase, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates that drive successful project execution.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that our bids are competitive, precise, and aligned with industry standards.

  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals, budgets, and cost breakdowns for various types of construction projects.

Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather necessary project information and clarify scope of work.

  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing and accuracy.
  • Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings to assess site conditions and potential project challenges.

Maintain and update cost databases, unit price libraries, and estimation tools in line with current market trends.

Analyze historical data and past project performances to refine estimating processes and improve cost accuracy.

Collaborate with project teams during post-award phases to support budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking.

This role requires a solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a construction estimating role is required.
  • Solid mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software is preferred.
