**Sales Representative Role Overview**

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective students and partner organizations, you'll play a crucial role in educating, engaging, and enrolling customers into our training programs.

This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for revenue generation. You'll serve as a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and brand representation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle inbound inquiries (calls, texts, emails, chat) from prospective students
  • Qualify leads and explain course offerings, pricing, formats, and career paths
  • Follow up with inactive leads and recover lost opportunities
  • Guide students through the enrollment process and close sales

**B2C Sales (Direct to Students):**

  • Reach out to real estate brokerages, property management firms, and staffing agencies
  • Schedule and conduct presentations for decision-makers
  • Propose custom training packages and close B2B deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B partners

**Support & Relationship Management:**

  • Provide inbound support to prospective and current students with program-related questions
  • Escalate technical or complex inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and brand representation
  • Up-selling

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in International Sales (B2C and/or B2B)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and email automation
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit monthly targets
  • Background in Online education is a plus
