We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead our construction teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate construction projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Oversee the work of site engineers, supervisors, and laborers to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential problems and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, invoices, and contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve workplace safety and minimize risk.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • A thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
