We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate resources effectively. They will ensure that all construction activities align with established timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities- Direct and oversee construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Conduct thorough project reviews to schedule deliverables and estimate costs accurately.
- Monitor compliance with building regulations and safety standards on-site and off-site.
- Collaborate with construction workers and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Select and track tools, materials, and equipment inventory.
- Negotiate contractual conditions and draft agreements.
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
- Maintain high-quality construction standards and proper techniques.
- Prior experience in construction management is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules and quality standards.
- Familiarity with construction software packages.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
