Web Development & Animation Project Bidder

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a web development and animation project bidder.

  • Job Description:
  • This is a full-time position that requires working 3 PM - 12 AM or 9 PM - 6 AM PKT, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects to clients worldwide.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic bidding on relevant projects, developing customized proposals, optimizing our Upwork profile, and engaging effectively with clients to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bid Strategy: Identify and bid on suitable web development and animation projects to maximize win rates and generate consistent business.
  2. Proposal Development: Craft compelling, tailored proposals that align with client needs, showcasing expertise in both web development and animation.
  3. Profile Optimization: Regularly enhance and update our Upwork profile to reflect professionalism, credibility, and dual expertise in web development and animation.
  4. Client Communication: Engage effectively with clients to understand project requirements, provide clear solutions, and build lasting relationships.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (web developers, designers, animators) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  6. Relationship Management: Develop long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals, especially for web development and animation services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience bidding on Upwork, primarily for web development projects, with some exposure to animation projects.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding bidding targets and securing new projects.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve goals while managing multiple bids and client conversations.
