Bidder for Web Development and Design Projects

Freelance bidders play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for Poltech House. As a Freelance Bidder, you will be responsible for finding and pursuing projects that match our company's expertise and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue projects posted on online job platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
- Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
- Maintain a high bid conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting our services effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic approach to secure high-quality projects. A strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered by Poltech House is also essential.
You will be required to:
- Monitor and analyze job postings on multiple platforms to identify relevant projects.
- Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
- Keep track of all bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic manner.
- Provide regular updates on bid status and outcomes to the management team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve bidding success and client acquisition.
- Proven experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered by Poltech House.
- Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and strategic mindset.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content writing projects.
- Background in IT services or a related field.
- Knowledge of different pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
