Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in Rahim Yar Khan. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving volume targets, rationalizing discounts, and creating new outlets to increase distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Ensure secondary SKU-wise volume achievement vs targets assigned to enhance market share.
  • Discount Management: Rationalize discounts in the market and use promotions intelligently to achieve company net sales revenue.
  • New Outlet Development: Create new outlets and retain existing ones as per target and area potential to increase numeric and weighted distribution.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all data in the sales information systems and conduct regular audits.
  • Analysis and Improvement: Analyze SFE KPIs and modify the area route or adjust frequencies to improve green KPIs for pre-sellers.
  • Coaching and Development: Accomplish daily planned calls, spend ample time-in-market, and coach pre-sellers on the 10-step call process.
  • Execution Scores: Discuss execution scores by outlets with pre-sellers on a daily basis and highlight gaps to ensure in-outlet execution as per PICOS and RED criteria.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven sales experience, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
