PakWheels.com is a leading marketplace for buying, selling, and maintaining vehicles in Pakistan. We're seeking a Dealership Partnership and Revenue Generation Professional to join our team and play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, providing them with the necessary support and resources to achieve their goals.
This position requires a proactive, passionate approach to customer engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll regularly visit assigned markets, provide training and guidance to dealership owners and sales agents, and work closely with sales and key account teams to build and optimize revenue from designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase dealership engagement and drive sales growth.
- Provide regular training sessions to dealership owners and sales agents on utilizing PakWheels' applications and tools.
- Closely collaborate with sales and key account teams to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Maintain accurate records of dealership interactions, updates, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients.
- Persistent, hardworking, and passionate about achieving results.
- Knowledge of cars and bikes in the local market is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet usage, and email communication.
