About the Role: Personal Secretary to Executive
We are a global Human Resource Services company operating in Pakistan, serving domestic and international client organizations across all HR functions.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the role of Personal Secretary to the Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal support to the Executive, including document preparation and report generation.
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, following up with relevant departments to ensure timely action.
- Manage the Executive's calendar, coordinate appointments, and plan meetings.
- Coordinate activities with vendors and external stakeholders.
- Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
