About the Role: Personal Secretary to Executive

We are a global Human Resource Services company operating in Pakistan, serving domestic and international client organizations across all HR functions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the role of Personal Secretary to the Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal support to the Executive, including document preparation and report generation.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, following up with relevant departments to ensure timely action.
  • Manage the Executive's calendar, coordinate appointments, and plan meetings.
  • Coordinate activities with vendors and external stakeholders.
  • Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
