As a DevOps Specialist, you will oversee the health, monitoring, automation, and scalability of our services. You'll work closely with development teams from design through to resolving production issues, supporting a wide range of products with a focus on automation, availability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the overall health, performance, efficiency, and capacity of our production environment.
  • Participate in system design and implementation emphasizing automation and maintainability at large scale.
  • Build and optimize large CI/CD pipelines experience with Github Actions & Jenkins preferred.
  • Collaborate with development teams on operational issues, providing support and acting as a stakeholder.
  • Maintain production-like environments for development and testing to ensure fast and reliable deployment experiences.
  • Develop monitoring tools for custom applications in a large-scale environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, application, and network layers.
  • Migrate applications from legacy environments with minimal downtime.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
  • Document system design and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with significant DevOps experience.
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification.
  • 5+ years supporting hosted services in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, processes, culture, and supporting mission-critical distributed systems.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Github Actions.
  • Programming skills in high-level languages such as Go, Ruby, Python, or Bash.
  • 4+ years managing infrastructure at scale with Kubernetes.
  • Experience migrating traditional stacks to AWS EKS or similar platforms.
