HR Support Professional

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting in various tasks such as document preparation, report creation, and presentation development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR team by preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, creating orientation materials and leading new hire orientations.
  • Manage employee benefits and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Address employee concerns and complaints, providing resolution and support.
  • Coordinate training programs, scheduling sessions and communicating with employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining records and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software.
