Job Description:

As a talented video editor and animator, you will create engaging videos that align with the director's vision and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production:
    • Create high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
    • Develop content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels to increase viewer engagement.
    • Edit film pieces to ensure smooth transitions.
    • Handle and organize video files efficiently.
    • Export videos for mobile and web distribution.
  • Editing Process:
    • Understand production team needs to produce dynamic content.
    • Review scripts and raw footage to create shot lists.
    • Trim and sequence footage to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
    • Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance visual appeal.
    • Produce rough and final cuts, ensuring journalistic standards.
    • Consult with stakeholders throughout the editing process.
    • Implement new editing technologies to stay ahead.
    • Explore different editing directions to maintain creativity.
  • Channel Growth:
    • Develop strategies to attract and retain subscribers on the channel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience with digital technology and editing software.
    • Proficient in non-linear video editing tools.
  • Social Media Expertise:
    • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge:
