In this position, you will have the chance to work with various business partners to implement effective IT processes that align with business objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering IAM services according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Performance Level Agreements (PLAs). Additionally, you will support all sub-functions in IAM, including Change Management, Operations, Access Reviews, Application Access, and Tooling & Support globally.

Your duties will also include identifying and responding to threats and incidents, escalating to Subject Matter Experts as necessary. Furthermore, you will perform activities to ensure security processes and controls are effective end-to-end.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Leverage expertise in Application Management principles, policies, processes, and tools to drive effective IT processes.
  2. Collaborate with business partners to implement IAM solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Deliver IAM services aligned with SLAs and PLAs.
  4. Support IAM sub-functions, including Change Management, Operations, Access Reviews, Application Access, and Tooling & Support.
  5. Identify and respond to threats and incidents, escalating as necessary.
  6. Evaluate security processes and controls to ensure effectiveness.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving.
