Job Title: Enterprise Security Director

This role is pivotal in delivering robust security services by empowering the leadership team to fulfill their commitment to ensuring a secure workplace for all staff and effectively mitigating security risks within local operations.

The Enterprise Security Director will ensure that all facilities are compliant with Group Security Standards, conduct site security assessments, and produce reports with recommendations for changes to the security provisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Group Security Standards
  • Maintain security best practices throughout the market
  • Coordinate personal security awareness programs
  • Select, appoint, train, and guide part-time Security Champions
  • Develop and maintain security contingency plans
  • Notify key stakeholders of potential security risks
  • Manage foreign delegation security

Requirements:

  • Prior corporate security experience with public or private sector
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and management skills
  • Able to guide sensitive information exchange and handle problems
  • Good understanding of national regulations and policies
  • Familiarity with food business operations
