Job Description

A senior quality analyst is responsible for reviewing and improving healthcare policies, procedures, and processes to streamline workflows and ensure continuous monitoring of quality and safety.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems, including quality manuals and system procedures, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Compile joint commission accreditation policy and procedures under the supervision of a director or principal.
  • Coordinate the development of departmental standard operating procedures, work instructions, protocols, manuals, plans, and policies in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop quality objectives and performance indicators according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Maintain quality management system documentation and records.
  • Participate in planning, development, coordination, and presentation of training programs as assigned by a principal or director.
  • Provide guidance on quality implementation to hospitals within the IRHIS domain.
  • Design and conduct quality review audits as necessary for healthcare facilities and services.
  • Schedule and prepare MRM/internal and external quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents, non-compliances, and observations under the supervision of an assistant director or senior manager.
  • Monitor and report quality assignments to directors or principals.
  • Analyze data from quality activities across different hospitals within the IRHIS domain.
  • Develop a review timeline for quality of care issues.
  • Ensure that all records are kept in accordance with Institute policy for records retention and maintaining confidentiality of personal and organizational information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to cope with stress and handle multiple assignments.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of quality management, ISO, and JCI accreditation processes.
