
Senior Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and generating revenue for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Research potential new clients, understand their staffing needs, and propose solutions to meet those needs.
- Revenue Generation: Demonstrate your ability to generate revenue for businesses in the UK by sourcing new leads and converting them into long-term clients.
- Candidate Sourcing: Regularly research available talent and business opportunities, identify ways to increase our business footprint, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Development Manager with a successful track record of generating revenue and increasing client databases, especially in the UK market.
- Results-Driven: A clear demonstration of how you have previously increased business revenue and brought in new clients.
- Initiative: A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
- Sales Focus: A strong passion for sales and business development with a focus on results.
- Remote Working: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
Position Type: We are open to hiring on a full-time basis or offering a commission-based role if you can demonstrate your ability to deliver results.
