Senior Brand Communications Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to lead our brand strategy and execution efforts. As Senior Brand Communications Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations plans that align with our marketing and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic communications plans to enhance our brand image and increase market visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for brand-building through strategic partnerships, media relations, and influencer engagements.
Brand Strategy and Planning:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-profile ambassadors and influencers to drive brand awareness.
  • Ensure consistency in ambassador representation and alignment with company values and goals.
Media Relations and Content Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, coordinating responses and managing crisis communications.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of PR content, including press releases, media kits, newsletters, and social media updates.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of communications campaigns, ambassador/influencer partnerships, and media coverage.
  • Generate regular reports and provide insights on the effectiveness of communications activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in a communications or public relations role, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
Skills:
  • Strong media and influencer network with an ability to manage high-profile partnerships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in crisis management and brand reputation strategy.
  • Proficiency in communications analytics and familiarity with tools for tracking campaign effectiveness.
