We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI Designer to lead our digital product design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and software applications.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of user experience principles, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving design decisions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.
  • Design visual elements such as icons, graphics, and animations that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the user interface elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative design elements into our projects.
  • Prepare design specifications and guidelines for developers to ensure accurate implementation of the intended user interface.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, developers, and product managers, to create cohesive designs that meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with interactive prototypes using Figma, Invision, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to feedback from various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial services sector.
  • Proven expertise in creating visually stunning designs, with a deep understanding of color theory, composition, and layout principles.
