Main Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry. This includes planning budgets for construction and solar electrical projects, performing cost analysis and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial and technical bids, developing health and safety documents, estimating costs for various civil and electrical projects based in the UK, drafting construction drawings, creating bid reports, designing different types of construction projects, and tracking and managing estimated construction costs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field in civil engineering. You should also possess excellent knowledge of construction costs, financial and technical bidding procedures, and tendering processes. Previous experience in a reputable organization is highly desirable, as well as a reliable internet connection and electricity backup system. The role may involve varied tasks as per business requirements.

Key Skills:
A strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential for this position.
