Schedule Successful Meetings

Job Overview

We are seeking individuals to schedule Zoom meetings between life insurance clients and sales representatives.

This is a remote calling role with all warm leads provided — no prospecting or cold calls.

You will be trained with full scripts and guided on how to book quality appointments. Your job is to have meaningful conversations and set up meetings at a suitable time for both the client and our sales representative.

Primary Responsibilities

Make calls using our app, which tracks:

Login time

Number of calls

Notes and appointment data

Follow scripts to book appointments with provided leads

Provide daily end-of-day reports and weekly summaries

Maintain active communication with the team

Make at least 25 dials per hour

Book 20 appointments per week

Complete our onboarding and training process:

Bonus Structure:

After 3-month probation, performance will be reviewed for bonuses and long-term engagement

Once you pass the test, you'll have a final interview. If selected, we'll give you access to everything you need to begin working.
