Operations Manager is a high-profile position in our organization, requiring strong leadership and management skills.


Job Description

Our Operations Manager will be responsible for opening and closing of corridor Forex rates, categorizing all agents on the basis of performance, and maintaining compliance with company policy and standards.

  • Assist top management in developing and updating procedures, controls and monitoring plans for Operational Risk Management.
  • Prepare periodical reports regarding money transfer rates, revenue analysis, agent-wise credit limits analysis and bad debts (if any) for use by top management.
  • Provide impact analysis of new policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention.

The ideal candidate should have a banking background with Sales, Operations and Business Development experience.

Strong communication and team management skills are essential for success in this role.
