Remote Travel Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Remote Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.

In this role, you will utilize your excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and development, ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Utilize GDS systems (SABRE & APOLLO) to search and book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
  • Process ticketing and reservation requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with GDS systems (SABRE & APOLLO) and other industry software
  • Able to pass a background check
