Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to provide administrative support for our business travel operations. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating logistics and has a keen eye for detail.

  • Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring timely and cost-effective bookings.
  • Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries and expenses.
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with the preparation of travel documents and itineraries.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use MS Office applications and essential computer hardware.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
