Human Resources Executive - Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team in a retail environment. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment process for retail positions.
  • Collaborate with store managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

You will also act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies. Additionally, you will foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the retail sector, and strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
