Qualifications

Job DescriptionHR Executive- RetailResponsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment process for retail positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding across Pakistan.
  • Collaborate with store managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor and track employee performance and development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all retail locations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
