Business Manager

About the Job:

This position involves managing a business center, overseeing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, managing staff, and maintaining discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new business opportunities through effective marketing strategies.
  2. Manage and administer staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  3. Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Review daily collection reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  5. Work closely with the HR department to recruit new staff members for the center.
  6. Sending Salary Sheets of staff every month according to attendance

Job Specifications:

This role requires an individual with strong managerial, business development, and administrative skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with an MBA (Marketing) degree.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. MBA (Marketing) degree with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Ability to make sharp and informed decisions.
