Global Tax Professional

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Tax Professional to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about tax and has excellent analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in US tax and hold a CPA certification. They will be responsible for assisting with a range of tax responsibilities including compliance, provision, and audit support.

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must also be able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Assist in preparing federal, state, and local income and franchise tax returns for multiple business entities.
  • Support the preparation of tax payment estimates, extensions, cash tax projections, and planning.
  • Assist with annual state and local apportionment data packages.
  • Collaborate on domestic and foreign quarterly and annual tax provision calculations in accordance with IFRS.
  • Support federal and state regulatory audits, including preparation of responses to information requests and review of tax assessments for accuracy.
  • Participate in tax planning and research, as well as other special projects as deemed necessary.
