The role of Deputy Head Innovation Hub is a key position within the organization, responsible for driving strategy and managing high-impact programs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and visionary leader who can contribute to developing and delivering the organization's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive innovation and growth.

  • Overseeing and enhancing core incubation/acceleration programs to support startups.

  • Buidling and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders across industry, government, academia, investors, and international partners.

  • Managing day-to-day operations of key functions, ensuring efficient resource allocation and program delivery.

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

  • Contributing to budgeting, financial oversight, and securing resources to sustain and grow the organization's impact.

  • Navigating complex situations within the startup environment and broader ecosystem with resilience, diplomacy, and sound judgment.

  • Establishing and tracking KPIs for programs and overall impact, reporting on progress and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a senior-level managerial role within a startup incubator/accelerator, venture capital/private equity firm, or a senior role directly supporting SME growth and scaling within the ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field). Bachelor's degree holders with exceptional experience will be considered.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven expertise in managing diverse, high-level stakeholders (industry leaders, government officials) with diplomacy and effectiveness.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes challenging environment.

  • Deep commitment to entrepreneurship, innovation, and driving sustainable economic and social development aligned with the organization's vision and mission.
