Key Responsibilities

Customer Identification and Targeting:

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers and developing a sales plan to target them. This includes researching and analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and developing a value proposition that resonates with customers.

Cultivating Customer Relationships:

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This includes conducting regular customer visits, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Sales Performance:

You will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets, working closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure targets are met.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

You will work closely with other internal teams, such as operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to drive business growth.

Market Feedback:

You will be responsible for providing feedback to the company on market trends and customer needs, helping to shape the company's strategy and service offerings.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, logistics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry and related regulations.
