We are a software development agency seeking an ambitious Business Development & Sales Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
">Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to secure new projects.
- Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals and bid strategically on freelance platforms to win projects for our team.
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring in consistent work.
- Social Media & Brand Growth: Build and manage our agency's online presence to increase visibility and attract clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, identify opportunities, and refine outreach strategies to grow the business.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT/software development industry.
- Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of freelance platforms, such as Upwork and Fiverr, and other sales tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Independent Work Style: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus.
