The Ministry of National Food Security & Research is seeking a highly qualified
Digital Transformation & Analytics Consultant (SPPS-II)
to lead its digital initiatives under the Project Planning & Development Unit. The consultant will play a key role in driving the Ministry's digital transformation agenda, enabling data-driven decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the Ministry's goals.
  • Design and implement data analytics solutions to support evidence-based policy-making.
  • Lead process re-engineering initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement modern digital technologies including cloud, AI, and IoT.
  • Establish governance frameworks ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Build internal capacity through training and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report progress of digital initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management within public/private/international/development sectors.
  • Proven track record of implementing digital solutions in the government sector using modern technologies (API management, cloud integration, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in digital transformation strategies, data analytics, predictive analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Experience in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Expected Impact:

  • The consultant will enable improved decision-making, enhanced transparency, efficient service delivery, and adoption of data-driven policies to strengthen food security and governance in Pakistan.
