Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Systems Administration Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications used by customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with experienced administrators and developers to design solutions and drive technical decisions that impact our growth. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce and other integrated platforms will be invaluable in ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Salesforce.com, including user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
  • Provide timely support for Salesforce and integrated platform issues; troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues on the Enterprise Systems Service Desk.
  • Administer end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for our Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack.
  • Implement changes or escalate to the change advisory board when necessary.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a user-facing technical support, application support, or Service Desk role is required.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for Salesforce, focusing on assisting end-users with day-to-day tasks and issues.
  • Salesforce Associate Certification is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with standard user functions of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are necessary for diagnosing and resolving user-reported application problems.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a ticket queue, set priorities, and handle multiple requests accurately and efficiently.
  • A technical background with a general understanding of business systems is essential.
  • A Salesforce Administrator certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
