Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Admin Manager in daily operations
  2. Manage security staff and implement fire risk management strategies
  3. Coordinate gate operations for inward and outward movement of materials
  4. Oversee vehicle operations, maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver administration
  5. Maintain a clean and organized factory environment
  6. Formulate and regulate organizational policies
  7. Manage shared resources such as meeting rooms and kitchens
  8. Collaborate with the maintenance department on construction and electrical/mechanical issues
  9. Liaise with government departments including LESCO, SUI GAS, PTC, and Social Security
  10. Implement rejection/wastage management systems
  11. Manage company assets including furniture, vehicles, telephones, air conditioners, and other equipment
  12. Handle guest issues and complaints
  13. Address labor welfare matters including milk distribution, tea issuance, and workers' uniform allocation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent support skills
  • Basic computer knowledge

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
