We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, converting leads into sales, and building strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handling Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from potential customers and respond to their queries.
  2. Converting Leads into Sales: Convert generated leads into sales through inbound calls and negotiations.
  3. Building Relationships with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up with them to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Meeting Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, and report on progress to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria & Details:
  1. Experience in Sales: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in US Cable Internet and Mobility Sales.
  2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  3. English Proficiency: Proficiency in English Speaking.
  4. Crm Software Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  5. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  6. Availability to Work Night Shifts: Flexible to work night shifts on a permanent basis, i.e., 9:00 Pm - 6:00 Am (Mon-Fri)
  7. Salary: Rs up to 250,000 per month ( Basic Salary Upto 120k Rs with uncapped commission)
  8. Transport Facility: Company-provided transport facility for Females
