Deputy Manager - Sites Quality Audit

Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for ensuring that on-site executions align with defined quality standards, project specifications and customer expectations. This includes the physical audit of active sites, contractor evaluations, and collaboration with project and installation teams to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and material application across all Interwood Mobel sites.

  • Conduct on-site quality audits at all Interwood project locations across the country with team.
  • Evaluate installation work, finishing standards, and adherence to approved drawings and BOQs.
  • Perform contractor evaluations based on technical capability, quality adherence, and performance history.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, highlight non-conformities, and follow through on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure all quality control protocols and safety standards are implemented during on-site execution.
  • Support the Quality Assurance team in refining audit checklists and evaluation matrices.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Design Teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Monitor and ensure that all materials and hardware used at sites meet Interwood's approved specifications.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions to contractors and site teams on quality expectations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain a quality dashboard to report recurring issues and propose improvement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) and a minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality audits, preferably in interior fit-outs, furniture, construction, or finishing works. You should have sound knowledge of quality standards, audit frameworks, and inspection procedures.
