About the Role

You will manage a multi-city sales team, strengthen client relationships, and identify new opportunities. Coach field sales teams, monitor performance, and represent PakWheels.com at auto events to enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage a team of sales executives across multiple cities to build market dominance and drive revenue.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS by understanding their needs through frequent field visits and developing effective ways to pitch and sell existing PakWheels.com products.
  • Work closely with field sales teams to consult, coach, and monitor their activity.
  • Be the brand ambassador for PakWheels.com and attend auto-related events to promote the company's brands.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors degree (MBA can be a plus).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in direct sales and managing a team of field sales people.
  • Proven track record of meeting company targets individually as well as through sales team.
  • Great communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry is a plus for better team support and client engagement.
  • Persistent, hardworking, passionate, and creative.
