Tech Recruitment Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to spearhead our recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine requirements for open positions.
  • Develop targeted recruitment initiatives to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Create engaging job postings that showcase our company's opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of candidate applications, assessing their suitability for available positions.
  • Ensure seamless communication with candidates, keeping them informed about the application status.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Present HR metrics and insights to senior leaders, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
  • Timely inform hiring managers of filled positions and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and academic institutions to enhance our talent pipeline.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
