Job Title: Business Development Manager - ISP Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our commercial growth in the Faisalabad Telecom Region (FTR). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling advanced ISP and fiber solutions, building long-term relationships, and driving market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities for products including Internet Panel Services, DPLC, Bandwidth, and Dark Core fiber.
  • Manage client relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and drive account expansion.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Report sales performance and maintain CRM and documentation integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior work experience in FTR (Faisalabad Telecom Region) is essential.
  • Solid understanding of ISP operations, fiber networks, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage regional travel effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. (MBA preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
