About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial IT services, you will be responsible for driving business development and lead generation initiatives.
This is a long-term permanent role with unlimited earning potential. You will have the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value work-life balance.
The successful candidate will be targeting various company types to generate leads, contact details, and build relationships which will bring ongoing commissions. This role can be perfectly suited around other roles for people already in this sector.
- Study our product portfolio and work on lead generation for selected products.
- Create new business opportunities and connect with clients.
- Deliver relevant and suitable information via conference calls and email to prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain contact with prospective clients to build ongoing relationships and improve potential business in the future.
- Achieve new business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To drive business growth through lead generation and relationship building.
- To create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- To deliver excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager or similar engineering sales position.
- Experience selling computer software or hardware is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience selling in the EU, UK, or US market would be highly preferred but again not mandatory.
- A Master or Bachelor's degree is essential. A degree in Marketing/MBA/BBA will be preferred.
- Experience in selling solutions in the corporate sector, ideally using a solution-focused approach.
