Job Title: Solution Architect for Digital Transformation

The position of Solution Architect for Digital Transformation is available in our company. This role involves designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.

About the Role Overview

This senior-level professional will be responsible for managing delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, serving as a subject matter expert for technical and functional solutions across Microsoft platforms, staying updated with Dynamics 365 & Power Platform features, and leading knowledge-sharing forums and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Serve as SME for technical and functional solutions across Microsoft platforms.
  • Stay updated with Dynamics 365 & Power Platform features.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing forums and communities.
  • Design domain-specific implementations, promoting out-of-the-box functionalities.
  • Identify training needs, coach team members, and reduce skill gaps.
  • Develop industry-specific solution offerings to differentiate the market.
  • Exceed customer expectations in knowledge, skills, and behavior.
  • Manage project risks and communicate effectively.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Define and deliver practice development activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Ensure timely completion of internal processes and training.
  • Represent the company professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field, with 10+ years in cloud, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related areas.
