The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations in the sterile production area, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting risk assessments, implementing process improvements, and ensuring quality control.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in production management, particularly in pharmaceutical sterile area operations
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to pharmaceuticals, such as GMP, FDA, and EMEA
- Proficiency in quality control and risk assessment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharmacy or related field
- At least 10-15 years of experience in a similar role
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
