Recovery Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payments and maintaining contact with customers.

  • You will track due installments on a monthly basis and work closely with the finance team to verify transactions and issue receipts to customers.
  • Maintaining contact with customers through various channels such as calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email is essential in this position.
  • You will also be required to update account statements regularly and share them with relevant customers.
  • A key responsibility of this role is monitoring defaults at the unit level and sending reminder letters and legal notices when necessary.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for sharing construction updates with customers through email and WhatsApp.
  • Physical meetings with customers may be required at the developer's office.
  • This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
