Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for transcribing audio and video files into written text. This involves understanding various accents, including British, Scottish, and Welsh, and possessing excellent English communication skills.

You will need to be proficient in transcribing software, such as Otter AI, and able to manage large volumes of work efficiently. Enhanced listening skills and fast and accurate typing speeds are also essential.

This role requires strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring that deadlines are met and high-quality transcripts are submitted on time. Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools is necessary.

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the final product. A typing speed of 50-55 words per minute is preferred but not required.
