Sales Lead Generation Specialist
You will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Your goal is to prospect for new clients primarily in the US/UK, turning this into increased business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Recommend techniques to increase the number of qualified inquiries who respond to our promotional efforts.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Total knowledge of all data collection and freelance portals.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and our technical team.
- Plan approaches and pitches, working with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Presentation of new products and services and enhancement of existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client briefs.
- Tracking and recording activity on accounts and helping to close deals to meet these targets.
Requirements:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Lead Generation Specialist to coordinate and facilitate the expansion of our clientele. You must have sales experience in the software industry for US/UK clients.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager/sales executive or a relevant role.
- A minimum of 3 years experience of business development in the software industry.
- Experience of software sales in the US/UK region.
- Good connections with existing clients in US/UK is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Proficiency in English.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with high-level negotiations.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
