Business Development Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead our company's growth in the technology industry. This role requires a dynamic and result-driven individual who can effectively identify, generate, and convert sales leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting high-growth markets such as the USA, Saudi Arabia, and the broader Middle East region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with businesses owners and key decision-makers through targeted networking efforts on LinkedIn.
  • Utilize expertise in freelance platforms such as Upwork to acquire new clients and projects, while leveraging market research to pinpoint potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and tailor service offerings to meet client needs.
  • Effectively manage potential leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures through compelling proposals that highlight the ROI of our IT services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention, fostering long-term business relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the tech industry.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in using freelance platforms such as Upwork is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
