**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Professional to join our team at Translation Empire.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, as well as experience with security tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks.
  3. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  4. Manage and maintain security tools and technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems.
  5. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations.
  6. Educate employees about security best practices and awareness, promoting a culture of security within the organization.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats and trends, staying ahead of emerging threats.
  8. Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring minimal downtime in the event of a disaster.
  9. Conduct security audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in information security or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
  • Ability to perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
