Job Description
  1. Develop and execute a formal Partner Program.
  2. Onboard new partners and maintain relationships with existing partners.
  3. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through the channel partners to ensure revenue targets are met.
  4. Understand customer and business needs to drive revenue growth.
  5. Coordinate with other departments within the company such as product, technical, and marketing teams to support partners' requests.
  6. Monitor partner performance at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
  7. Maintain positive and strong relationships with the sales team, other key contacts, and top management of partners.
  8. Manage funnels, forecast, and sales opportunities.
  9. Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
  10. Provide training and support to channel partners.
Requirements
  1. Preferably MBA-Marketing.
  2. Minimum 3-4 years of prior relevant experience in IT/Cybersecurity.
  3. A self-motivated, energetic team player with a clear vision and ability to develop, plan, analyze, and assess channel sales plans and strategies.
