The Role
  • Develop and execute a formal partner program strategy.
  • Orient new partners and foster strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Create and implement sales and marketing strategies through channel partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze customer and business needs to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to support partners' requests.
  • Monitor partner performance regularly and maintain a high satisfaction rate.
  • Nurture positive relationships with the sales team, key contacts, and top management of partners.
  • Manage funnels, forecast, and sales opportunities effectively.
  • Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners.
Requirements
  • Preferrable MBA in Marketing.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT/Cybersecurity.
  • A self-motivated, energetic team player with a clear vision and ability to develop, plan, analyze, and assess channel sales plans and strategies.
