The Role- Develop and execute a formal partner program strategy.
- Orient new partners and foster strong relationships with existing partners.
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies through channel partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze customer and business needs to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to support partners' requests.
- Monitor partner performance regularly and maintain a high satisfaction rate.
- Nurture positive relationships with the sales team, key contacts, and top management of partners.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and sales opportunities effectively.
- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
- Provide training and support to channel partners.
- Preferrable MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT/Cybersecurity.
- A self-motivated, energetic team player with a clear vision and ability to develop, plan, analyze, and assess channel sales plans and strategies.
