As an HR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the development and implementation of effective HR strategies that meet the needs of the organization. Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing HR Strategies: Create comprehensive HR strategies that are aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Managing Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between management and employees by addressing any conflicts, issues, or concerns that may arise.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead the recruitment and talent management process to ensure that the organization has the right people in place to achieve its objectives.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process to ensure that employees are held accountable for their performance and that feedback is provided regularly.
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
